Okay, so, about that ’72 Porsche 911. Man, what a journey it’s been! It all started with a dream, you know? Ever since I was a kid, I was obsessed with these cars. I mean, who isn’t? That classic shape, the sound of the engine… it’s just pure magic.

So, I started looking. And looking. And looking. I scoured the internet, checked out every classic car site. Found a few that were okay, but nothing that really grabbed me. Either the price was way too high, or the car was in rough shape. I almost gave up hope, to be honest.
Then, one day, I stumbled upon this beauty. A ’72 911, in decent condition. The owner was not greedy about the price. We talked, I went to see it, and I knew I had to have it. We made a deal, and I finally got my dream car.
But the journey didn’t end there. This 911 was good, but it wasn’t perfect. I wanted to make it my own, you know? First thing I did was lower it. I got these KW V3 coilovers and some custom springs. Dropped the ride height significantly. Looks so much meaner now.
- Checked the engine.
- Cleaned the interior.
- Polished the body as much as I can.
I spent months tinkering with it, cleaning every nook and cranny. I learned so much about these cars during that process. It wasn’t easy, but it was definitely worth it. All that hard work paid off.
And now? Now I have a car that’s not just a ’72 Porsche 911, it’s MY ’72 Porsche 911. And let me tell you, driving it is an absolute blast. It’s responsive, it’s agile, and it turns heads wherever I go.

What I learned
You know what they say, “driven by dreams.” And that slogan “driving in its most beautiful form.” It’s all true. This car is a dream come true. I mean, it’s a 60-year-old design, and it still looks amazing. That’s pretty incredible, if you ask me.
So yeah, that’s my story. It was a long road, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. And who knows, maybe one day I’ll get my hands on a ’78 911 Turbo. A man can dream, right?
