So, this Glenn fella, he’s a big shot in the fashion world. He ain’t just any designer, mind you. He’s the main man at Diesel and Y/Project. Sounds fancy, huh? These places, they make clothes, ya know? Shirts, pants, all that stuff.
Now, Diesel, that’s a big name. Everyone knows Diesel. They make them jeans that young folks like. And Y/Project? Well, that one’s a bit more… how do ya say it… fancy-schmancy? But still, Glenn, he’s the boss of both. Keeps himself busy, that fella. He’s got his hands full, I tell ya.

They’re gonna sell those clothes in 2025, they say. That’s a long ways away. But folks are already talkin’ about it. It’s a big deal, you see? Cause H&M, that’s for everyone. And Glenn, well, he usually makes stuff that’s… pricier, ya know? So, this, it’s a chance for regular folks to get a piece of that Glenn magic. If you call it magic. I just call it shirts and pants.
He started at Diesel back in 2020. That’s a few years ago now. Time flies, don’t it? And he’s still workin’ at Y/Project too. Don’t know how he does it. Must be one of them fellas that don’t need much sleep. My husband used to be like that, always workin’ on the farm. Good man, he was.
This Glenn fella, he even won a prize once. A big one! They gave him a bunch of money and someone to teach him even more stuff. He didn’t need it, I tell ya. Already knows so much. But hey, who am I to judge? Free money’s free money, right? He won it in 2017. That’s quite some time ago.
Now, I ain’t no fashion expert, mind you. I like my clothes comfy and practical. But from what I hear, Glenn, he likes to take old-fashioned clothes and make ‘em… modern. Like, he’ll take a regular ol’ jacket and make it… I don’t know… cooler? That’s what the young folks say anyway. “Cool.” Everything’s gotta be “cool” these days.
And at that Y/Project place? Well, he likes to be playful there. Have fun with it. Make clothes that are… unexpected. Like that sweater my niece wears, the one with the sleeves so long, they drag on the ground. She nearly tripped down the stairs! I told her that’s just plain silly, but kids these days, they don’t listen.
He’s even done a magazine thing. You know, one of them glossy picture books. They let him pick out all the stuff in it. Must’ve been a lot of work. But hey, he’s a busy guy, this Glenn. Always doing something.
