Okay, so today I want to talk about something a little different – bright colored outfits. I’ve always been a bit scared of wearing super bright colors, sticking to my safe blacks, whites, and grays. But lately, I’ve been feeling like I need a change, you know? So, I decided to just go for it and try to put together some outfits with colors that really pop.

First things first, I went through my closet to see what colorful pieces I already owned. Honestly, not much. I found a bright blue sweater I bought a while ago and never wore, and a neon yellow scarf that was a gift. Not a great start, but it was something.
Next, I did some online shopping. I looked at some fashion blogs and what other people were wearing. It helped me get an idea of what colors go well together. I ended up buying a fiery red skirt and a vibrant green top. I also grabbed a purple pair of pants, just for fun.
Then came the hard part – actually putting the outfits together. I started by pairing the blue sweater with some regular jeans, I felt like playing it safe, and added the yellow scarf for an extra pop. It was okay, not too crazy, but definitely brighter than what I usually wear.
The next day, I was feeling a bit bolder. I wore the red skirt with a simple white t-shirt and threw on a denim jacket. I felt surprisingly good! The red was eye-catching but not too overwhelming.

- Experiment 2: Red skirt with a white t-shirt and denim jacket.
- Experiment 3: Green top with purple pants.
I even tried the green top with the purple pants. It was definitely out there, but I kind of liked it. It felt fun and playful. It’s not something I’d wear every day, but it’s nice to have the option, you know?

So, yeah, that’s my little experiment with bright colored outfits. It’s been fun stepping outside my comfort zone and trying something new. I’m still not totally comfortable with super bright colors, but I’m getting there. I found that color analysis techniques are helpful. It’s all about finding what works for you and what makes you feel good. And honestly, it’s just clothes. If you don’t like it, you can always change!
