Okay, so I’ve been seeing this trend all over social media lately, and it’s about Steve Madden and his daughter. Yeah, you heard that right – his daughter!
So I started digging around a bit ’cause, you know, who wouldn’t be curious? Turns out, Steve Madden’s daughter, Stevie Madden, is a 7 years old girl. And guess what? She’s already stepping into the fashion world. I found out that she’s created a new collection of girls’ footwear, exclusively for Target. I mean, how cool is that? A 7-year-old designing shoes! But get this, it looks like Stevie isn’t even wearing her dad’s shoes; she’s into Jordans instead! I heard Steve Madden himself talk about it on some podcast, saying there’s a bit of a “war” going on in the footwear industry. Funny, right?
Then there’s this other thing that caught my eye. Lori Loughlin, you know, from Full House, and her daughter, Olivia Jade, who’s like a mini-me version of her, are in a campaign together. It’s for Steve Madden, and they’re calling it “The Perfect Pair.” Seriously, they look so much alike! This was their first campaign together. Olivia Jade is an influencer now. So, basically, Steve Madden is using this mother-daughter duo to promote their brand.
And get this, it seems like Steve Madden got hitched to his former director of operations, Wendy Ballew, back in 2005 after he was released from prison. They’ve got three kids together: twins named Jack and Stevie, and another one named Goldie Ryan. Quite the family, huh?
My Thoughts
- I tried looking for these shoes that Stevie Madden designed for Target, but they weren’t easy to find online. I guess they’re pretty exclusive or something.
- I also tried to find more about this “Perfect Pair” campaign with Lori and Olivia, and there’s a bunch of stuff about it online. It’s pretty popular, it seems.
- I ended up browsing through Steve Madden’s website, just to see what kind of shoes they have. It’s all pretty standard stuff, nothing too crazy.
Overall, it was a fun little dive into the world of Steve Madden and his family. It’s always interesting to see what these big-name designers are up to, both in business and in their personal lives. Who knew there’d be so much going on with Steve Madden’s daughter and this whole campaign thing? It is a simple thing, but I just wanted to share it with you guys!
