Okay, so, I’ve been seeing a lot of buzz about Ashley Tisdale’s perfume line, Being Frenshe, and I finally decided to dive in. I’ve always been a fan of celebrity fragrances. When I was a teenager, I’m a little embarrassed to admit, I was totally obsessed. This time, though, it felt a bit different. Ashley Tisdale these days seems more about that chill, zen life than the whole High School Musical vibe. And, honestly, that’s more my speed now, too.

First, I had to find the stuff. Turns out, it’s a Target exclusive, which is cool. Made it easy to grab a few things while I was doing my regular shopping. They’ve got a bunch of scents, but I wanted to try a few that seemed up my alley.
The first one I tried was the Bergamot Cedar. I am seeking balance in my life, and the name alone made me think “balance,” so I went for it. I sprayed a little on my wrist, and, oh man, it was good. It’s one of Being Frenshe best-selling scents. It’s got that woody, earthy thing going on, but it’s not too overpowering. It felt really grounding, you know? Like something I could wear every day and not get sick of.
- Bergamot Cedar: For balance.
Next up, I tried the new Palo Santo Sage scent. I’ve been using palo santo at home to cleanse the energy, so I was curious about this one. It was the essence of ‘zen’, It’s definitely more of a specific vibe. It has a clean fragrance infused with essential oils and upcycled ingredients. I could see myself using this one when I want to feel extra relaxed or when I’m doing some yoga or meditation.
- Palo Santo Sage: Newly launched fragrances, the essence of ‘zen’.
Then there was Unwind Rest. This one, apparently, is Ashley’s favorite for nighttime, and I can see why. It’s paired with their Lavender Cloud scent, which has a mix of cardamom and clary sage. I used the Hair, Body Linen Mist, It’s super calming. I sprayed it on my pillow before bed, and it was like instant relaxation. This multi-purpose fragrance is infused with essential oils. I felt like I slept so much better that night.
- Unwind Rest: Ashley’s favorite for nighttime.
- Lavender Cloud: cardamom, clary sage.
My Final Thoughts
Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised by these fragrances. They’re not like those super strong, sugary celebrity perfumes from back in the day. They’re more subtle, more natural-smelling. And the fact that they’re made without phthalates, propyl-paraben & butyl-paraben, SLES is a huge plus for me. Also, it’s cruelty-free. I’m all about that clean beauty life these days, so these fit right in. I am really into the whole mood-boosting self-care. I’m definitely going to be checking out more from the Being Frenshe line. It’s like a little dose of calm in a bottle, and who couldn’t use more of that in their life?
