I started by raiding my closet. My mission was clear: find the clothes that would make people do a double-take on the course. No denim, no jeans, and definitely no cargo shorts or yoga pants. I mean, those are big no-nos in the golf world, right? I pulled out everything that screamed “I don’t belong here.” Think bright, mismatched colors, stuff that’s way too tight or baggy. Basically, anything that would make a seasoned golfer cringe.
I ended up with this neon green shirt that I swear glows in the dark, paired with some plaid pants that were at least two sizes too big. I cinched them with a belt, but they still looked like I was wearing a fabric parachute. For shoes, I found these old, beat-up sneakers that were probably white at some point but now were just… not. Oh, and a hat! I grabbed the most obnoxious, oversized sun hat I could find. It was so big, I could barely see where I was going.
