Alright, let’s gab about this FNAA thing, the Shoe Oscars, they call it. Fancy, huh? They had their shindig in 2023, must’ve been a big deal.
Shoes, Shoes, and More Shoes
So, this FNAA thing is all about shoes. Like, who makes the best ones, who’s got the style, and who’s doing good things, you know, the helping-out kind. They got awards for all sorts of folks, the big-name brands and the little guys just starting out. It’s like a big ol’ party for shoe people. I reckon they had some fancy footwork on display, all them shoes shinin’ and whatnot.
Now, I ain’t no shoe expert, mind you. I wear what’s comfortable, what gets me from the hen house to the garden and back. But I reckon some folks take their shoes real serious. And this FNAA thing, well, it’s for them. It’s their Super Bowl, their World Series, their… whatever them fancy folks call a big to-do.
- They give awards to the big shot shoe makers. You know, the ones you see in them fancy stores in the city.
- Then they got awards for the new kids on the block, the ones just startin’ out. Gotta give everyone a chance, I say.
- And they even give awards to folks who are bein’ nice and doin’ good. That’s always a good thing, ain’t it?
What Else Happened in 2023?
Speaking of 2023, seems like a busy year. Heard tell about them “Barbie” and “Super Mario” movies. Made a whole heap of money, they did. Kids went crazy for ‘em, apparently. My grandbaby wouldn’t stop talkin’ about that pink car. Kids these days, always wantin’ the newest thing.
And then there’s that GMA3 show. Always talkin’ ‘bout what you need to know. Heard ‘em chatterin’ about this and that, headaches, viruses, even that fella Trump and his court cases. Seems like there’s always somethin’ goin’ on in the world. Keeps folks busy, I guess. They even had that mayor, Ras Baraka, on there once, I think. Talkin’ ‘bout Newark, or somethin’. City stuff, you know. Not much for an old gal like me.
GMA3, they got all the episodes and summaries, in case you missed somethin’. They talk about travelin’ too, somethin’ ’bout bein’ sustainable, whatever that means. Guess it’s about bein’ good to the earth, like we always been here on the farm.
Back to Them Shoes
So, this FNAA, it’s like the Oscars, but for shoes. And 2023 was a big year for movies and news and all sorts of things. Makes you think, don’t it? All this stuff happenin’ at once. Makes an old lady’s head spin.
But them shoes, they’re somethin’ else. Imagine, a whole night just for shoes. Well, I guess folks gotta have their hobbies, their passions. And if it’s shoes, well, so be it. I’ll stick to my comfy boots, thank you very much. They get me where I need to go, and that’s all that matters to me.
And that’s about all I got to say about this FNAA 2023 thing. Shoes, movies, news… it’s a whole lot to take in. But that’s the world for ya, always somethin’ new, always somethin’ happenin’. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I gotta go feed them chickens. They ain’t gonna wait for no Shoe Oscars, that’s for sure.
