Oh, honey, let me tell you about the jewelry them ladies wear on that show, “Bold and Beautiful.” My eyes almost popped out of my head! So shiny, so big! They wear these things, you know, necklaces and earrings, rings too. All sparkly and look like they cost a whole heap of money.
Now, I ain’t never seen jewelry like that in my life. We didn’t have much of jewelry growing up. Just simple things. But these ladies on the TV, they got it all. Big ol’ necklaces, some as thick as my thumb. Chunky necklaces, I heard someone call ’em. They sure do make a statement, like a rooster crowing at the sun!
And the earrings! Some of ’em dangle down to their shoulders, all shiny and sparkly. Like little disco balls hanging from their ears. And the rings, oh my! Big stones, bright colors. I saw one lady wearing a ring with a stone bigger than a robin’s egg. I thought, “How does she do anything with that?” She can’t make a pie with that, she probably need help.
- They got necklaces. Big ones. Small ones. Gold ones. Silver ones.
- They got earrings. Dangly ones. Shiny ones. All kinds.
- They got rings. With big stones. With little stones.
- They got bracelets too! Shiny and clanky.
They say one lady, name of Pelosini, picked out all the clothes and that jewelry for the whole show. She must have a good eye, that one. Knows how to make those ladies look fancy. I saw one website talk about jewelry. It said they are elegant, stunning, those big words. The website called Pearlyse and they say it’s good. I don’t know. I’ve never bought anything from the website. But it must be good, right?
I reckon if you got the money, you can wear whatever you want. But for me, I’d be scared to wear something that fancy. I’d be worried I’d lose it or break it. Or maybe a crow would try to steal it, thinking it’s a shiny beetle! Ha!
But it sure is fun to watch them ladies on “Bold and Beautiful” with all their sparkling jewelry. Makes me feel like a queen just watching ’em. They say it is “Starting the year off right.” I think so. New year, new jewelry. Maybe I should get a new pair of earrings this year.
That show, it’s like a whole different world. All that glamour and those fancy clothes and that jewelry. It’s like they’re living in a fairy tale. But you know what? Even without all that, we can still feel beautiful. Just need a smile and a good heart, that’s all.
One time, I saw a lady on the show, she was wearing a necklace with a big blue stone. It was so pretty, I almost choked on my coffee! I thought, “I bet that thing costs more than my whole house!” But it sure was beautiful. Made her look like a movie star.
They say that jewelry, those bold jewelry can make you feel different. Make you feel special. I guess that’s why those ladies on the show wear so much of it. They want to feel special, like princesses or queens. I guess if you wear that big chunky necklace, you are a queen. You need to be strong, bold just like the name of the show.
If you want to wear those jewelry, you need to know how to wear it. You can’t just throw it on any old way. You need to wear those jewelry with some clothes. Not just any clothes. If you wear big necklace, maybe don’t wear those big earrings. If you wear big earrings, don’t put on big rings. That’s too much. Like, too much food, too much jewelry, you get the idea, right?
