Well, let me tell ya somethin’ about this Mickey fella. I ain’t exactly sure who he is, but folks keep jabberin’ about him. Sounds like some kinda big deal, ya know?

First off, I heard some folks talkin’ about a “Mickey Mouse Club”. Now, I ain’t never seen no mouse club, but I guess it’s a thing. Maybe it’s like them 4-H clubs the kids used to join, but with mice instead of cows. Who knows? These city folks got all sorts of strange ideas.
- Is this Mickey Mouse a real mouse? I sure hope not, them critters get into everything.
- Sounds like this Mickey Mouse fella is famous, maybe like them movie stars.
Then there’s this talk about “Hidden Mickeys”. Sounds like a game, I reckon. Like hidin’ Easter eggs, but with Mickey’s face instead. Them Disney folks, they sure like to make things complicated. Why can’t they just hide regular eggs?
Stories and Such
I heard tell there’s a book about Mickey, somethin’ called “Taking the Mickey”. Now, I ain’t much for readin’, but it sounds like someone went and wrote down all the stuff this Mickey did. Must be a pretty important fella if they’re writin’ books about him.
And then there’s this other thing, folks sharin’ their stories, like that Samantha M. I ain’t got no stories to share, unless you wanna hear about the time the cow got loose or the chickens got into the garden. But these folks, they seem to have all sorts of things to say. Maybe this Mickey guy got ’em talkin’, I don’t know.
Enemies and Friends
I heard someone say that enemies are just folks whose stories you ain’t heard yet. Now, that’s a funny way of lookin’ at things. I reckon if you sat down and had a cup of coffee with your enemy, you might find out they ain’t so bad after all. Maybe Mickey here has some enemies, maybe he don’t. But I bet he’s got a story or two to tell.
Songs and Feelings
And then there’s the songs. I heard tell of folks writin’ songs about sad things, after havin’ some kinda trouble with their thinkin’. Life’s full of ups and downs, that’s for sure. Maybe Mickey’s got songs written about him too. Or maybe he sings his own songs. I ain’t never heard him singin’, though.
More Stories and Secrets
People are always talking about telling your story. I ain’t got much of a story, unless you want to hear about the time the well went dry. That was a bother, I tell you. Had to haul water from the creek for a week. But this Mickey, he seems to have a whole bunch of stories.
Mickey All Around
Seems like this Mickey is everywhere. Even on the moon, they say! Well, I ain’t been to the moon, so I can’t say for sure. But if he’s up there, he’s a bigger deal than I thought.
Mickey’s Tale
So, there you have it. That’s about all I know about this Mickey ateyeh. He’s a mouse, maybe. He’s famous, probably. He’s got stories, definitely. And he’s hidin’ all over the place, apparently. Seems like a busy fella. Maybe I’ll run into him someday, down at the feed store or somethin’. You never know.

Well, that Mickey is something else, isn’t he? Famous mouse, hidden pictures, books, songs…the whole shebang. I still don’t fully understand what all the fuss is about, but I figure he must be important to some folks. And hey, if he ain’t causin’ no trouble, then I reckon he’s alright. Just another one of them city things, I s’pose.
