Hey everyone, it’s me again! So, I’ve been kinda obsessed with Olivia Rodrigo lately, not just her music, but also, like, how does she stay in such great shape? I mean, have you seen her? So I did a little digging and decided to try out some of the stuff she does for a week. Let me tell you, it was a trip.

Day 1: Diving into the Unknown

First off, I started with what I ate. I found out Olivia is big on eating lots of plants, so I went full-on veggie mode. I’m talking salads, fruits, the whole nine yards. I even tried quinoa for the first time – not bad, actually. I drank a ton of water too. Gotta stay hydrated, right?

Day 2-4: Pilates and More

Okay, so the real work started when I tried Pilates. I found some videos online, and wow, it’s harder than it looks! My core was on fire. But I kept at it, trying to channel my inner Olivia. Also, I went for runs with my dog. It was fun, but I definitely felt it the next day.

Day 5: Mixing It Up

I read that Olivia likes to change up her workouts, so I got some resistance bands. Let me tell you, those things are no joke. I did some at-home workouts, and man, I was sweating. I tried to imagine Olivia doing these and it helped me not to quit, but it was a struggle.

  • Plant-based diet: Ate lots of veggies and fruits.
  • Pilates: Found online videos and nearly died, but kept going.
  • Running: Took my dog out for runs, which was kinda fun.
  • Resistance bands: Tried at-home workouts. Harder than I thought!

Day 6-7: Winding Down

By the end of the week, I was pretty beat. I kept up the plant-based diet and made sure to drink lots of water. I did some more Pilates, but mostly, I was just trying to get through the day. It was tough, but I felt kinda good, you know? Like I accomplished something. It was hard but I feel so good and strong.

So, that was my week trying to live like Olivia Rodrigo. It was definitely an experience. I don’t know how she does it all the time, but I’ve got mad respect for her. Eating healthy and working out is no joke, but I can see why she’s always looking so good. Maybe I’ll keep some of this up, at least the eating better part.
