Well, I tell ya, it’s a sad day. Heard on the TV, one of them QVC gals passed away. Don’t rightly remember her name, but she was on there sellin’ stuff all the time. Makes you think, don’t it? Here today, gone tomorrow, just like that.

These QVC folks, they’re always so happy and smiley on the TV. Sellin’ you this and that, makin’ it sound like you just gotta have it. But they’re real people too, you know? Got families, got lives outside of that TV box. And sometimes, well, sometimes bad things happen.

I watched that QVC channel sometimes, when there ain’t nothin’ else on. They got all sorts of things, clothes, makeup, kitchen stuff. Sometimes I think about buyin’ somethin’, but then I think, “Nah, I don’t need that.” Got enough junk as it is.

  • But them QVC models, they sure do make it look good. Always dressed up all fancy, hair done just so. You’d think they never had a bad day in their life. But I guess that’s their job, ain’t it? To make you wanna buy things.
  • And this lady, the one who died, she was one of the good ones. Always friendly, always had a smile on her face. Seemed like a nice person, you know? It’s a shame, a real shame.

I’ve seen a few of them QVC folks come and go over the years. Some of ’em, they just disappear, you don’t see ’em no more. Maybe they quit, maybe they got fired. Who knows? And then some of ’em, well, they pass on. It’s the way of things, I guess. Life’s short, you gotta make the most of it.

Makes you think about all them folks on TV. They’re just tryin’ to make a livin’, same as the rest of us. And sometimes, things happen, you know? They get sick, they get old, they pass away. It’s just part of life.

This QVC gal, she was probably a hard worker. Had to be, to be on TV all the time. Long hours, I bet. And always havin’ to look your best, that can’t be easy. But she did it, she showed up every day and did her job. And that’s somethin’ to be admired, I reckon.

I don’t know what happened to her, exactly. They didn’t say on the TV. Maybe she was sick, maybe it was somethin’ else. It don’t really matter, I guess. The point is, she’s gone. And it’s sad. It’s always sad when someone passes away, especially when they’re young, or seem young.

I heard tell of other QVC folks passin’ on too. There was that Tova Borgnine woman, she sold beauty stuff. And that Kathleen Kirkwood, she was all about fashion. And Joan Rivers, she was on there for a long time too. All gone now. It’s like a whole family, them QVC folks, and when one of ’em goes, it’s like losin’ a family member.

Sometimes they fire them QVC hosts too. Guess it’s just business, but it’s gotta be tough. One day you’re on TV, sellin’ your stuff, and the next day you’re out of a job. It’s a hard world, ain’t it? You gotta be tough to make it.

But I tell ya, this news about the QVC model dyin’…it just makes you stop and think. Makes you appreciate what you got, while you got it. Makes you hug your loved ones a little tighter. Cause you never know what tomorrow’s gonna bring. That’s the truth, plain and simple.

So, rest in peace, QVC lady. You done good. You made a lot of folks happy, sellin’ them all that stuff. And you’ll be missed. That’s for sure.
