Okay, so, I’ve always been a huge Taylor Swift fan, right? And her style evolution? Don’t even get me started. I remember back in the day, it was all cowboy boots and sundresses. Totally country vibes. But then, she started shifting, and her outfits got more, I don’t know, pop-star-like. I mean, I was totally into it.

So, I started to look into her dresses and try to copy her style. I heard that she mentioned that she would pin her weight loss on exercise. Also, I read that she is a US size 6 now, but used to be a size double-zero! That’s crazy to think about! At that time, I was about a size 8, so I thought, “Hey, maybe I can try to fit into some of her iconic looks too!” I started working out more and eating a bit healthier, just like Taylor said she did.
Then, the Eras Tour happened. Guys, the outfits in that tour. Over 60 different ones, each one for a different album’s style. Insane, right? I was obsessed! I saw that BI’s music team even ranked them. They put the original “Lover” bodysuit in the top spot, and you know what? I totally agree!
I decided I needed that bodysuit. I searched everywhere, but it was, like, impossible to find the exact one. So, I got creative. I found a similar one online and started to customize it. I added some extra sparkles and changed the neckline a bit to make it more like Taylor’s. It was a whole project, let me tell you!
While I was doing all this, I also learned that in 2019, Taylor was named Billboard’s Woman of the Decade. The first one ever! They called her “one of the most accomplished musical artists of all time.” I mean, duh! She totally deserves it.
- First, I started by looking at pictures of Taylor’s outfits from different eras.
- Then I tried to find similar pieces online or in stores.
- I focused on the “Lover” bodysuit because it’s just so iconic.
- Since I couldn’t find the exact one, I decided to make my own.
- I bought a plain bodysuit and added embellishments to make it look like Taylor’s.
- I also started exercising more and eating healthier, inspired by Taylor’s journey.
Finally, after weeks of work, my “Lover” bodysuit was ready. It wasn’t perfect, but it was mine, and I was super proud of it. I even wore it to a Taylor Swift-themed party, and everyone loved it! It was so much fun to channel my inner Taylor, even if just for a night. It felt amazing to put so much effort into something and see it pay off. It’s not just about the clothes, you know? It’s about the confidence and the feeling of being a part of something bigger, like the Swiftie community.
