Today, I want to share my recent experience with the “Tour de Nike”. Let me tell you, it’s been quite a ride!

Tour de Nike: How to Join and What to Expect at This Event

Getting Started

First off, I became a Nike Member. It’s free, fast, and easy to join. I just downloaded one of the Nike apps, signed up, and boom, I was in. This gave me access to all sorts of cool stuff like exclusive products and member-only experiences. Plus, free shipping on orders over $50? Yes, please!

The Drawing

So, I participated in one of the drawings on *. This part was a bit nerve-wracking. I had to pre-authorize my payment method before submitting my entry. I thought, “What if I actually win?” Well, guess what? I did! My payment was automatically charged, and I got an order confirmation email. It was a bit of a shock, but a good one!

The Virtual Experience

Now, about the “Tour” part. This year, I decided to do a virtual cycling event – similar to the “Tour de LandAid”. It wasn’t the actual Tour de France, but it was still pretty intense. I got to virtually ride all the mountain stages: Hautacam, Peyragudes, Mont Ventoux, you name it. It was tough, but also super rewarding.

Other Perks

  • I also heard about these pop-up shops that Nike did with Kendrick Lamar for his tour. They had the Cortez Kenny apparel and the new Cortez Kenny III. I didn’t go to any of them, but it sounded pretty awesome.
  • Nike also seems to be doing a lot of cool things with other organizations, like the UN and the Lego Foundation. They have this “It’s About You” campaign that they promoted around the Tour de France. I think it’s great that they’re involved in stuff like that.

Reflections

Overall, this whole “Tour de Nike” thing has been a wild experience. From becoming a member to winning a drawing, to virtually riding famous Tour de France stages, it’s been a lot of fun. And hey, I got a new pair of shoes out of it, and that 60-day wear test is pretty sweet. If you’re a Nike fan, I definitely recommend checking it out!
