Okay, so I’ve been messing around with this purple shampoo lately, the Jhirmack one, and I wanted to share my whole experience with you guys. My hair’s been looking a bit brassy, and I heard this stuff could help. So, first off, I went and bought the shampoo. I got a set that also came with a conditioner and a leave-in conditioner spray. It sounded like a good deal to me since I need to use all three, so I figured why not.
Getting Started
First time using it, I hopped in the shower, got my hair all wet, and then squirted some of that purple goodness into my hand. It’s a really deep purple, kind of surprising at first. I lathered it up in my hair, making sure to cover every strand, from root to tip.
The Waiting Game
Then came the waiting. I wasn’t sure how long to leave it in, but I didn’t want my hair to turn purple! I left it for like 3 minutes the first time, just to be safe, and then rinsed it out really well.
Conditioning

I’m pretty happy with the Jhirmack purple shampoo so far. It does what it’s supposed to do. The conditioner and leave-in spray are nice bonuses, especially since I heard purple shampoo can be drying, but I haven’t had that issue. It seems like a gentle formula.
